What to Expect

Homeopathy is holistic so it looks at the person’s physical symptoms as well as their mental and emotional state. To gain a good understanding of what is at the root of someone’s illness requires a fair amount of time.

The initial appointment is an in-depth conversation about the client’s health and goals for wellness. For chronic conditions, this appointment takes 1.5 to 2 hours. If you have a single chronic or acute complaint, a shorter 1-hour focus consultation may be an option.

Follow-up appointments are typically 4-6 weeks after the first appointment, and then 4-8 weeks thereafter. We’ll meet to discuss progress and make any adjustments to the remedy or potency in order to support the healing process.
